The session

How a session unfolds

Five steps, at your own pace.

  1. First exchange

A few minutes to understand your request, your history, how you're feeling today.

  2. Body assessment

Observation, listening to tensions, intention for the session set together.

  3. The treatment

45 to 50 minutes lying down, fully clothed. Soft touch, listening to the cranio-sacral rhythm.

  4. Integration

A moment to come back, to share what shifted, to name what loosened.

  5. Follow-up

3 to 5 sessions spaced according to your need, to anchor the changes over time.

A question, unsure which treatment suits you?

My approach

My work rests on listening to and supporting the body's natural processes, with respect for its rhythm and for its capacity to return to balance.

About

Héloïse Miermon, Cranio-Sacral Therapist

Trained in cranio-sacral therapy, I offer at my Pâquis practice a space to slow down, to listen to what the body has to say, and to support it gently.

Rather than forcing change, I support the body gently so that it can find, at its own pace, its own organisation and balance.

I welcome infants and babies as well as seniors, in French as well as English.

I spent an hour with Héloïse and it was a true moment of softness and regeneration. Her listening, kindness and soothing approach allow you to reconnect with yourself and release deeply. A precious experience that I highly recommend. Thank you Héloïse.

I heard about biodynamic craniosacral therapy at a conference. After various ENT disorders and strong tension in my head and neck, I wanted to try it. I was struck by the deep relaxation I felt during the first session. After three sessions, my symptoms have improved markedly, my head feels more relaxed and I no longer have the sensation of living in a resonance box with a blocked nose every morning. I'm very happy to have discovered this method.

Héloïse is a therapist who takes the time to listen in order to target her care precisely. From the very first session I felt well-being and an improvement in my condition. A place where you are considered in your entirety; emotionally, physically. Thank you Héloïse for your meaningful advice, your kindness and the quality of your work 🙏

Héloïse has infinite gentleness and immediately puts you at ease while quickly understanding what you need and what may sometimes underlie unconscious issues. Tiny movements that release so much (the sinuses for me), thank you from the bottom of my heart! Centrally located, the practice is easy to reach and warm. A place, and especially a person, you want to see again soon.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How does a first session work?
A moment of conversation to understand your situation, then 45 to 50 minutes of treatment lying down, fully clothed. The touch is gentle, never forced.
From what age can someone consult?
From birth. I regularly support infants and babies, children, adults and seniors.
Are the treatments covered by insurance?
I am Asca accredited. Coverage depends on your supplementary insurance, check the conditions directly with your provider: 180-method.
What is the difference between Mental health and Functional health?
Mental health works on the nervous system and the emotional level, biodynamic. Conditions: low moods, exhaustion, fatigue, anxiety, etc. Functional health targets the structure: bones, fascia, organs. Conditions: headache, migraine, cervical/dorsal/lumbar pain, sciatica, digestive issues, insomnia, low energy, many symptoms that can be relieved or resolved. We choose together what your priority need is if you're not sure.
Should I expect a result after the first session?
Often yes, but the work unfolds over time. A series of 3 to 5 sessions generally allows for stable change.
