Listen before acting
The body knows. It holds its own resources within. My role is to listen to it attentively and to support what naturally seeks to find its balance again.
Cranio-Sacral Therapist in Geneva, here to listen to what the body has to say, and to support it gently.
I am Héloïse, a cranio-sacral therapist at the Pâquis practice, in Geneva.
My work does not seek to force the body. It listens, supports, and gives the body the time to find its own balance again. I offer a space of listening where the body can release what constrains it and gradually recover its natural capacities for adaptation and balance.
I welcome newborns and seniors alike, in French as well as English.

Three principles at the heart of my practice.
The body knows. It holds its own resources within. My role is to listen to it attentively and to support what naturally seeks to find its balance again.
Cranio work is a therapy. Not an esoteric experience. I work within a clear, trained, recognised framework, without ever losing sight of the person in front of me.
I have no magic wand. But I have a framework, a presence and years of practice to support what you are going through.
"A place where you are considered in your entirety; emotionally, physically. Thank you Héloïse for your meaningful advice, your kindness and the quality of your work." Sara Verissimo, Google review
I discovered biodynamic cranio-sacral therapy during a period of professional burnout. After many years devoted to circus, dance, social support work and the observation of human movement, this encounter profoundly transformed my understanding of care and health.
What struck me was the simplicity of the approach. This capacity to intervene so little and yet allow so much change. To listen rather than manipulate. To support rather than impose.
I discovered a somatic and mind-body approach that trusts the body's resources and its natural capacity for self-regulation. A practice that regards symptoms, stress, trauma or chronic pain as valuable information rather than as problems to make disappear.
This vision resonates deeply with my own path. It echoes my interest in the regulation of the nervous system, polyvagal theory, movement and the links between the body, the emotions and mental health.
Today, I support people with that same conviction: the body possesses a profound intelligence. My role is not to dictate what it should do, but to listen to what it carries and to support the conditions that allow it to find its balance again at its own pace.
A space designed to slow down.
