For pregnant people

The body carries, goes through, gives birth, recovers. At each stage, it deserves a space to breathe.

Lower-back pain, sciatica, pelvic and back pain. Visceral and circulatory issues, heavy legs. Fatigue, sleep disorders, anxiety. Emotional support through the upheaval. Each trimester has its own needs.
Recovery after birth (vaginal or caesarean). Tension linked to breastfeeding and carrying. Intense fatigue, baby blues, post-partum depression. Rebalancing of the pelvis and perineum, alongside perineal rehabilitation.
Miscarriage, medical termination, termination, the loss of a child. Care for the body that carried. A space of gentleness to move through what is not always spoken. A deeply respectful treatment, in confidence.

How a session unfolds

  1. Baby

Often on a parent's lap, or on the table. The touch is extremely light. Baby can sleep, feed, wriggle, all is welcome.

  2. Parent

Lying down, clothed. Position adapted to pregnancy. Gentle touch on the pelvis, sacrum, skull, viscera or other areas as needed.

  3. Bonding treatment

Parent and baby are supported together, in a posture that encourages presence and contact.

  4. Duration

45 min to 1h depending on age and situation.

Testimonials

What the families I support have to say

Andrea Sanchez

I received several treatments before, during pregnancy and after the birth of my daughter, as well as “mum and baby” sessions. Héloïse is highly professional and attentive. The treatments were perfectly suited to the different periods I was going through and to my needs at the time. Relief from tension, pain and anxiety, a sense of rebalancing and peace after each session that grew in the days and weeks that followed. I highly recommend it, especially to new mums. It does a world of good.

I came for a session with my 4-year-old child, hoping to help him settle. Héloïse knew how to adapt to his hyperactive and “intense” temperament, first to connect with him, then to explain what she was doing through a little story. He stayed calm and attentive, nestled against me for the length of a real session. A feat by Héloïse and a truly beautiful experience for us.

What a beautiful, gentle experience. With her warm hands, Héloïse supported me so I could go through the deaths and rebirths I needed to experience, in complete safety. At my own pace. Attuned to me. Without forcing anything. And, drawing on her experience, she also gave me some thoughtful reading suggestions. Thank you Héloïse for the quality of your support.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

From when can a newborn be brought in?
From the very first days, with no lower limit. The earlier the treatment intervenes after a difficult birth, the more effective it is in preventing tension from settling in.
Does the treatment replace medical follow-up?
No. It works alongside paediatric and gynaecological follow-up and that of the midwife or doula. If a situation requires medical advice, I say so clearly.
My baby cries often, is it normal to come and consult?
Yes. Prolonged crying with no medical cause is a common indication. The treatment often helps release tension inherited from the birth.
And for perinatal grief, how does the session unfold?
With great gentleness and presence. No expectation, no obligation to tell a story. Simply a space for the body that carried to be supported. Confidentiality is absolute.
Can I come during my pregnancy, even early on?
Yes, from the first trimester if you wish. The treatment is adapted to each stage and can ease nausea, sleep and early tension.
Is the treatment reimbursed for my baby?
It depends on your supplementary insurance. Many cover paediatric treatments by an Asca accredited therapist. Check with your insurer.
