Why this treatment

Why choose this treatment to breathe

Three strengths of the treatment, one sentence each.

01

Support for the nervous system

Helps you step out of permanent alert mode. Encourages a return to calm and inner safety. Deeply regulates the autonomic nervous system.

02

A time to slow down

A pause within a fast-paced daily life. An extremely gentle approach, with no manipulation. The body is listened to, never forced.

03

A subtle, deep approach

Supports the release of tension linked to shocks and trauma. Encourages inner coherence and better fluid circulation.

For the nervous system

Give your nervous system the time to breathe, and the body the time to find its own rhythm.

How it unfolds

How a session unfolds

  1. Before the session

A short conversation to understand your situation and what brings you here.

  2. During the session

You lie down, fully clothed, on the treatment table. The touch is gentle, placed on the skull, the sacrum, or other points according to what your body asks for. Duration: 50 to 60 min.

  3. After the session

A moment to settle, to talk about what was felt, and to consider next steps if needed.

What the people I support have to say

Lorena Liranzo

Héloïse introduced me to exercises during small-group workshops on the polyvagal system. She is fully attentive to the group and to each person, in a caring and subtle way. I experienced a wonderful individual session that helped me find strength, grounding and a real availability to myself. She led me to find safety and very concrete tools for living differently within myself and with others. Genuine support, truly hands-on guidance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Héloïse.

I came to see Héloïse because my breathing was blocked, as if caught in a vice, and I was caught up in rumination and tension. From that very first session, I felt genuine mental relief despite my worries, as well as a deep release in my body. I was moved by the quality of her listening, the delicacy of her deep touch and the kindness felt throughout the session. The gentle, serene atmosphere helped me regain trust in others and in myself. Thank you so much for this precious support, which I recommend.

Caught in a stressful phase, overwhelmed by my emotions, Héloïse welcomed me for a treatment: it was completely in sync. A time for myself, truly. A suspended moment. Thanks to a presence and a quality of listening of the very highest order. A delicate touch that reconciles. It keeps radiating for several days: more calm and a feeling of reunification. Heartfelt gratitude.

I have had many treatments with Héloïse. When I first came to her I had a lot of tension in my back, muscular tension, and I was also often low in spirits. Thanks to her treatments and her advice I have completely changed the way I think, the way I approach my aches (and my words). I recommend her. You will experience a moment out of time, connected with yourself. Héloïse is an incredible person, caring and without judgement. Someone you can trust.

I began cranio-sacral therapy following a head injury after a fall from my bicycle. Héloïse helped me move out of the hypervigilance my body was anchored in, and to feel a deep relaxation and confidence settle in over the course of the sessions. It was the best therapy to do after such a fall. I also took advantage of her workshop on focusing, interoception and polyvagal theory. In 4 sessions I felt the benefits of her approach, her plain speaking, her humour and her always well-judged tone in learning to let the body express itself instead of the mind. I highly recommend.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Will I feel anything during the session?
Often yes, diffuse warmth, micro-movements, kinaesthetic sensations, the release of tension, a feeling of sinking into calm. Sometimes, you fall asleep. Everything is welcome.
How many sessions should I plan for?
3 to 5 sessions generally allow for lasting grounding. For ongoing support with chronic stress or trauma, a regular rhythm over a few months may be suggested, as part of a treatment plan that takes shape.
What is the difference with Structural health?
The Mental health field listens to and supports life dynamics (biodynamic), the nervous system and the emotional level. Structural health targets the physical structure. The two complement each other.
Is it suitable after recent grief or an emotional shock?
Yes. It is even one of the main indications. The treatment offers a safe space for the body to integrate what has been lived.
Can I drive after a session?
Most of the time, yes, but it is advisable to allow some transition time. Some people feel particularly relaxed after the treatment.
